Racing re-starts 1st October, Remember to race you will need to renew your BRCA membership if you have not already done so.
|Central Radio Car Club meets at Woodrush Community High School, in Hollywood, Birmingham. The club has, in the past, hosted many National events, but now concentrates on providing good fun club racing with a friendly and convivial meeting place, old and young alike. Race meetings are held on Friday evenings. Latest booking in is at 18:55 hrs, with racing starting at 19:00hrs.|
|The clubs facility is indoors, racing on Prima Track GT carpet 15M x 12M. We have an AMB rc timing system and RC Timing software, enabling the use of Personal Transponders. We have loan transponders if you do not have your own.|
|We currently run
classes for 1/12th GT and LMP electric scale cars on foam tyres,
along with Mini Touring cars 4WD on rubber tyres (M-TC).
We have a loan GT 12 club car available for anyone who is interested in racing.
Due to covid-19 restrictions the loan car is not available at the moment.
Just use the email link at the bottom of this page to notify the club you would like to come along and have a go. Notice is required for use of the club car.
|LMP 1/12th electric circuit cars on foam tyres race for 8 minutes and are possible the fastest indoor electric car.|
GT 12 cars on foam tyres are an ideal introduction to r/c racing as they are easier to setup and control.
Schumacher and Zen are popular cars.

|A championship is run during the year, to BRCA standard class rules, with trophies for each class. The league will be run over 10 weeks with the best 8 to count. There is also a trophy for the most improved driver over the year, this is presented at the end of the year.|
